Our Story
Having worked in the corporate world for over 40 years our founder and CEO, Wayne Holder MBA, launched AfriZen in 2016, with the purpose of helping Leaders and Managers in corporates and startups with the people side of their businesses. Having used psychometrics since 1989, Wayne has a unique understanding of people and how they prefer to work. Uncovering the gaps and overlaps between colleagues that cause frustration, fine-tuning communication, developing the self worth of each team member, resulting in lean, mean, razor focused people that make up your company.
