Hiring
Recruiters are trained how to use EEOC compliant software to:
1. Profile the position to be filled. The hiring manager and their manager contribute to this process and agree on the job description.
2. All candidates complete a 5 minute online, word choice survey and a 10 minute cognitive test.
3. The software produces a candidate profile, which shows how the candidates match the position, how they will work with their boss and what they will contribute to the team.
4. Recruiters compile an interview pack for the hiring manager, with candidate specific interview questions and score cards. (Let's be honest - very few managers are trained on how to interview - The interview pack ensures a great candidate experience and the hiring manager gets great information to make an informed decision).
5. Hiring decision is based on the profile match, the cognitive test score, the candidates experience (reference checked) and education.
Onboarding
There is a direct correlation between an employee's onboarding experience and how long they stay at a company. We train hiring managers to onboard their new team members based on their workstyle and preferred learning styles.
Team Dynamics
